About me

After obtaining my Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biochemistry and Nutrition, my passion for the healing arts  called me to become a Registered Massage Therapist in 1988.  I then became a founding member of the Metcalfe Massage Therapy Clinic, and also worked on Parliament Hill with Parliamentarians.

I have a deep  fondness for working with seniors in complex and continuing care, and palliative care, and have worked in many facilities including Elisabeth Bruyère and St. Vincent’s Hospitals.

With over 25 years in practice, I remain deeply committed to my profession, and I support the advancement of massage therapy as a preventive and drugless approach to healthcare.

I am a proud member of my professional association, the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO), and I am a member in good standing with our regulatory body, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Despite an ever changing world, my vision for health care remains constant: offering a caring, respectful touch and ongoing healthcare support to all my clients and my community.

Respectful touch:
Touch is critical for children's growth, development and health, as well as for adults' physical and mental well-being. Yet, [our] society is dangerously touch-deprived.
